Their site is designed to highlight the superiority of their product over competetors who use steel cable to prevent oportunistic theft. Direct purchase of the product will be enabled through the use of a third party SSL ordering system. The order form is never more than one mouse click away. |

The McCreary Centre Society The McCreary Centre Society is a non-profit organization focused on youth health issues. Their site was produced through VFS-Multimedia by Ken Small (the guy who answers the phone at Tiptoe and the Webmaster of the Tiptoe site). The site is designed to serve two functions. 1) To provide health professionals easy access to McCreary's extensive resources on adolescent health. 2) To set up a template for the McCreary Web Team Initiative, providing an oportunity for youth to receive training in HTML and Web page design and to explore youth health issues through the medium of the Internet. |

Dignified Estate And Retirement Service D.E.A.R.S. is a specialized service to Lawyers, Executors and people faced with serious lifestyle changes. Because the client's new business comes exclusively through personal contact and references no online marketing was required. The site serves the function of a brochure but at cost far below that of print. |

Ken Small's Web Site Well, we had to include this or he said he'd stop answering the phone. Actually this is a pretty good example of what not to do with a business site. It is graphics and multimedia heavy, uses way too much JavaScript and includes the particularly offensive "Oprah Winfrey Shootin' Gallery". (To be fair to Ken, he was a student at the time and under a lot of stress.) There are some multimedia elements here, such as the use of a Shockwave slide show with streaming audio which could be effective in a business site. If you decide to flame him, please do so through the mailto link on his site (not ours!). Tiptoe would like to wash its hands of this guy but unfortunately he's the owner. |
